Requirements:

Electrical workers license
Current drivers license
A strong work ethic with focus on customer service
Neat and respectable presentation

Advantageous to application:

BCSE(CEC) accreditation or Polish equivalent electrical certification

Accounts Payable Officer

Solar Słoneczny requires an experienced & energetic fulltime Accounts Payable Officer to join its team at head office.

Desirable:

Diploma or certificate in Accounting/Business/Commerce
MYOB, EXO or similar accounting computer based system
Ability to work with a diverse range of people (sub-contractors, directors)
Adaptable to changing industry environment
Ability to work both independently & within a team depending on tasks assigned
Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
Typing speed of 80+ words, 12,000KPH numerical, and excellent accuracy
Works well under pressure with ability to meet strict deadlines

Duties:

Processing supplier & vendor invoices from all interstate & local offices on a daily basis
Processing both general ledger and inventory payables
Preparing batch payment runs
Weekly and/or monthly creditor account reconciliation's with follow ups
Ad hoc duties such as vendor correspondence
Processing credit card payments
Filing
Other duties as required
